Alayna is passionate about community literacy, advocacy, justice, and equity. With a strong background in community development and engagement, she excels at connecting audiences with an organization’s mission and ensuring equitable access to vital resources.

In August 2024, Alayna joined Ladies of Virtue as a part-time Program Facilitator for the Saturday Institute Program, where she is eager to inspire and collaborate with the girls.

​

She holds a Master of Science in Design and Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Carthage College.
