Ladies of Virtue presents: Power to the Professional is a comprehensive workforce development pipeline, combining mentorship, job readiness training, social media etiquette, financial literacy, written and oral communication, career exposure, interpersonal skills, leadership development, mental health and paid work experiences. This program is provided to our youth throughout the school year.

Power to the Professional bootcamp is a 20-hour, one-week bootcamp that helps our youth develop their professional development skills through hands-on workshops in professional dress, interviewing, resume building, and career readiness, along with career panels and world-class field trips that inspire confidence and help youth envision their future.

 

• Professional Presence:  Developing the confidence, communication, and etiquette needed to navigate professional environments.

• Career Readiness:  Equipping youth with practical skills they can use in school, internships, and the workplace.

• Confidence to Lead:  Helping participants understand how to present themselves, advocate for themselves, and step into opportunities.
