About the Program
We’re excited to share that Ladies of Virtue is collaborating with CVS Health for our newest program, ScriptHer Future, a pharmacy technician workforce initiative in collaboration with CVS Health!
Through this six-week pharmacy technician training program, participants script a future filled with real credentials, hands-on healthcare experience, and a direct path to employment.
Over the course of the program, each young woman will complete coursework, receive personalized mentoring, and prepare for licensure as a registered pharmacy technician.
This pilot program begins June 2025 with 15 current LOV sisters ages 16 to 24. We will open it up to the public in 2026.
Participants will gain:

Their registered pharmacy technician license

A solid foundation in pharmacy operations, inventory, customer support, and store operations

A certificate of completion for the CVS Health Total Store Workforce Initiatives Program

A certificate of completion for participation in Ladies of Virtue’s Power to the Professional Bootcamp, designed to educate them on building a strong work ethic, financial literacy, networking, and leadership skills.
This program is launching at a critical time. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 7% growth in employment for pharmacy technicians between 2023 and 2033 which is faster than the average for all occupations. This growth is driven by an aging population, the rise in chronic disease treatments, and the need to replace workers who retire or change their careers.
This program will open doors for young women interested in healthcare careers. We believe that with every lesson, every milestone, and every license earned, she will be writing a new chapter; one fueled by passion, preparation, and professional excellence.
