Ladies of Virtue is an award winning mentoring and leadership program for girls. We focus on instilling purpose, passion, and perseverance in girls, 9 to 18, and prepare them for college, careers and to become change agents in their communities. We currently serve over 451 girls across 23 program sites.

How It Works
Ladies of Virtue empowers girls to become confident and purpose-driven leaders. Each week, they attend our LOV Club sessions led by a professional who is trained through our Gold Star Mentoring process. During the sessions, our LOV sisters participate in team building activities, develop goals, learn job readiness techniques and prepare for life after high-school. LOV Club builds the confidence of each young woman so that they know who they are and what they stand for while also making a difference in their communities.
