Jasmine E. Guy

Jasmine E. Guy serves as the Human Resources Manager at Ladies of Virtue, where she leads the people and culture strategy to support the organization’s mission of empowering girls to become confident, career-ready leaders. In this role, she oversees HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, while strengthening systems that enhance staff and volunteer experience. Previously, Jasmine served as a Program Facilitator for the Saturday Leadership Institute, where she mentored and supported scholars in their personal and professional growth.

Jasmine brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and operations across professional services and higher education. Her expertise includes workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. She is known for building high-performing, inclusive cultures and aligning people strategies with long-term organizational goals.

Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Business Leadership Excellence Award, Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois, and the Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence Award. She has also been featured as one of the most inspiring women leaders making a difference in her field.

Jasmine is deeply committed to community impact and serves in several leadership and advisory roles, including as Chair of the South Side YMCA Advisory Council and a board member of Margaret’s Village. She is also actively engaged in professional associations and mentoring initiatives that advance leadership development and equity.
