Jasmine E. Guy is a beacon of inspiration and a catalyst for positive change, bringing her wealth of experience and passion for empowerment to the forefront as a Program Facilitator for Ladies of Virtue. With over two decades of dedicated service in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jasmine stands as a dynamic leader at the helm of Guydelines Consulting Group LLC, where she empowers teams to achieve organizational excellence.

As an Adjunct Instructor at National Louis University, Jasmine shares her invaluable expertise with the leaders of tomorrow, nurturing their potential and guiding them toward success. Her commitment to civic engagement is exemplified by her numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois, Chicago United’s 2021 Business Leaders of Color, and a distinguished member of the Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence.

Jasmine's impact resonates deeply within her community. She generously dedicates her time and expertise to serving on several boards, including the South Side YMCA, Margaret's Village, NAAAHR Chicago, and the Chicago Urban League. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jasmine is deeply rooted in her commitment to uplifting others and driving positive change.

With degrees from Spelman College and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jasmine embodies the essence of purpose, compassion, and vision. Her unwavering dedication to advancing the next generation of leaders aligns seamlessly with the mission and vision of Ladies of Virtue. Jasmine has served with Ladies of Virtue since 2024, serving as the Saturday Program Facilitator.
