Kayla Hunter
Program Facilitator

Kayla Hunter is a dedicated special education teacher with over nine years of experience supporting diverse learners in elementary education. She is currently a Program Facilitator at Ladies of Virtue. Additionally, she serves students in grades 3–5 in a resource classroom setting. She is committed to creating inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environments that meet the unique academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of each student.

Kayla specializes in differentiating instruction and implementing individualized supports that help students access grade-level content while building confidence and independence. She has extensive experience working with students with varying learning disabilities, attention challenges, and emotional needs, using data-driven strategies and evidence-based interventions to promote measurable growth. Her approach is rooted in patience, consistency, and a deep understanding of how to meet students where they are while guiding them toward their full potential.

In addition to her work with students, Kayla is passionate about mentoring and supporting new teachers. She actively shares best practices, provides guidance on classroom management and instructional strategies, and helps foster a collaborative and supportive teaching environment. She believes that empowering educators ultimately strengthens student outcomes and contributes to a positive school culture.
