Lataesha Adesunloro
Development Operations Coordinator

Lataesha is the Development Operations Coordinator at Ladies of Virtue, where she brings more than a decade of experience in operations, systems building, and organizational development to advancing LOV's mission.

Lataesha has devoted her career to the intersection of people and systems: designing operational infrastructure, leading onboarding and staff experience for local and national program teams, and mentoring cohorts of young adults through learning and development, internship, and into full-time conversion. She's known for building organized systems that bring out the best in the people moving through them, and she approaches every role with intentionality and care.

Her background spans early childhood education, nonprofit, health advocacy, and workforce development. She has spent her career stepping into organizations at moments of transition and building the systems teams can count on. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Management.

A proud Chicagoan, wife, and mother of two, Lataesha believes deeply that Black girls are worthy of the space and opportunity to shine, grow, and reach their fullest potential. As Secretary of the Mocha Moms Chicago Chapter executive board, she carries that belief into her community as well. She is honored to show up for that mission every day at Ladies of Virtue.
