Rachel Dixon is a recent MBA graduate of Chicago State University and a dedicated fundraising professional with more than 12 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has focused on advancing causes that create meaningful and lasting impact in communities. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to service, strategic growth, and strengthening long-term sustainability.

As Senior Development Manager at Ladies of Virtue, Rachel brings both strategic insight and relationship-building expertise to her work. She is a skilled fundraiser who understands the importance of building authentic connections with donors, partners, and community stakeholders. Rachel believes that strong relationships are at the heart of sustainable fundraising.

Rachel’s longest tenure was with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Educational Foundation, where she played a key role in developing and improving processes and procedures that strengthened the organization’s endowed portfolio. Her work contributed to more effective operations and helped position the foundation for continued growth and success.

Rachel is deeply committed to education and youth development. She currently serves as the PAC Chair at her daughter’s school, where she supports initiatives that enrich the school community and create opportunities for students and families.

When she is not on her Peloton, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her three daughters and her husband of 15 years. Inspired by the mission of Ladies of Virtue and encouraged by the example it sets for young girls, Rachel saw joining the organization as the perfect next step in her career journey. She is honored to contribute to work that empowers and uplifts the next generation.
