Headshot Bio - Raven Fairman.jpg

Raven Fairman was born and raised on the West Side of Chicago and now lives in the South Suburbs. She leads with heart, purpose, and community at the center of everything she does. Growing up on the West Side shaped her deep belief in sisterhood, resilience, and the power of showing up for people.

As a Program Support Specialist at Ladies of Virtue (LOV), Raven is passionate about creating empowering spaces where girls feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead. She believes mentorship, sisterhood, and access to opportunity can transform lives and strengthen communities.

A certified PMP and creative strategist, Raven is unapologetically intentional in how she leads, serves, and builds purpose-driven work. She is known for bringing clarity, creativity, and calm to chaos while designing programs and experiences rooted in mission and impact. She leads with a simple philosophy: “Less chaos, more clarity, always purposeful.”

Raven earned her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Western Illinois University and her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University, equipping her to lead mission-driven programs that create meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Raven is a proud wife and devoted mom to a daughter who inspires her daily. Grounded in faith and wellness, she enjoys traveling, laughing with loved ones, and bringing warmth wherever she goes. As a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist, she nurtures her passion for healing and restoration while continuing her lifelong mission of helping people grow, heal, and step fully into who they are meant to be.

She also carries with her a lesson from her former high school principal: “People may doubt what you say, but they will believe what you do.”
