Headshot Bio - Tamatha Conway.jpg

Tamatha Conway was born and raised in Chicago’s Englewood community, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of community and the importance of giving back. From an early age, she knew she was called to uplift others and pour into the village that helped shape her.

By day, Tamatha is #constructiongirl—a seasoned construction professional with over 26 years of industry experience, including 20 years as a Project Manager. She has contributed to $100M+ projects, including New Orleans Airport, SoFi Stadium, and Intuit Dome, spanning hospitals, airports, stadiums, and skyscrapers, where she continues to lead with excellence.

Driven by her passion to serve, Tamatha is both a Program Facilitator for two years and an active mentor of 3 years within the nonprofit, where she is committed to empowering and guiding the next generation. She has also volunteered with Precious Rubies and Big Brothers Big Sisters, further demonstrating her dedication to supporting youth in her community.

Tamatha is a certified personal trainer, certified empowerment coach, and author, combining her passion for fitness and personal development with her desire to inspire confidence and growth in others. Outside of her work, she is a devoted wife, mother of one, and proud grandmother. An avid traveler and fitness enthusiast, she looks forward to visiting her final continent, Antarctica.

Through every role she holds, Tamatha remains committed to empowering others and leaving a lasting impact in her community—because, as she believes, “it’s only crazy until it happens.”
